Gargantuan Government Solutions was founded for the purpose of efficiently bridging the US government with goods and services from small business contractors. We aim to provide real value to both our contractors and the government organizations we serve. Gargantuan Government Solutions operates on values of honor, integrity, and service. Our mission is to provide efficient and professional support to small businesses in navigating government contract solicitations, so that our contractors can focus on doing what they do best without wary of unwanted red-tape. With resolute drive and effort, our team works towards our vision of becoming a dominant presence in the government contracting space.

Gargantuan Government Solutions operates on the principles upheld by our founder, Richard Tung Huang. After five years of honorable service in the US Army, Richard founded Gargantuan Government Solutions as result of his life-long dream of entrepreneurship. During his active duty military service, Richard obtained an MBA from Purdue Global University and worked part-time in online marketing and ecommerce. As a California native, Richard was born in San Francisco and raised in Los Angeles, where he graduated from UCLA with a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Film before joining the military. Richard speaks four languages and enjoys traveling around the world.
